Virtual fitness offers exercise, socialization

As manager of Longview Regional Medical Center's Senior Circle Program, Whitehurst is incorporating use of the Wii Fit Plus System as a regular part of the program's scheduled activities. The system offers a variety of components that simulate activities such as using a balance board, exercise programs and several games, such as golf, tennis, down hill skiing and much more — in a safe environment.
